We wanted to postpone this week’s newsletter until we saw how many basis points the Federal Reserve was going to lower the Fed Funds Rate yesterday. This rate directly relates to what people pay for financing and mortgages. It was a whopping 50 basis points, so you should see financing rates lower starting now.
What should you do?

- MUST HAVE A PAGE FOR EACH SERVICE AND/OR PRODUCT: It’s the roadmap for Google. Must be as relevant as possible to be ranked.
- NO CALL TREES: Many businesses think this makes them sound BIG. Prospects hate them and hang up. We have the recordings to prove it. If phone calls are important to you, make sure they are answered by a real person.
- TEXT CHAT FUNCTION: This is better than Live Chat as the prospect doesn’t expect an immediate answer.
- ADVERTISE: Smart businesses commit at least 8% of gross to advertising. You must always promote. Be a hunter, not a farmer.
- OWN YOUR SITE: If you go to Wix, Squarespace or many of the others you are at an automatic disadvantage. Too many reasons to list. Just believe us, please.
- INFORM AND EDUCATE: People like to buy. They hate to be sold.
